A company has reporting requirements both internally and externally. As a CFO we work with both internal stakeholders such as the CEO and department heads as well as assist in preparation of documents for external stakeholders such as investors or the board of directors.
Financial analysis & Reporting
We work with clients to understand their financials. We will create financial reports on an ongoing basis to verify the success of the company. The goal of such reports is to ensure that the company is going in the planned direction and to catch mistakes as soon as they occur.
BUSINESS STRATEGY
CFOs are responsible to work with the CEO on strategic decisions to ensure the profitability of the business. The single most important responsibility of the CFO is to create shareholder value.
Forecasting & Budgeting
Our budgets and forecasts work in concert with the accounting system to ensure that line items are part of a specific budget. We like our clients to look back and check their planned budget against the actual profit and loss. The faster they catch discrepancies, the faster they can change strategies for growth.
Investors
We study the financials of your prospective investments. As accountants and an external resource we will have a fresh set of eyes and will find key issues with financials that can make or break your investment.
